IBM hat das Fix Pack 1 für Lotus Sametime 8.5.1 verhöffentlicht. Das Fix Pack behebt Fehler, die wärend der Entwicklung, der Benutzung und der Tests von Sametime 8.5.1 entdeckt wurden.
Benutzer die Lotus Sametime 8.5.1 im Einsatz haben, sollten dieses Update installieren um eine größere Stabilität zu erreichen.

„Mit Lotus früher Zuhause“, so lautet das Motto des Lotus Tages am 28. Oktober im IBM Forum Hamburg. Über zehn Partner des IT-Spezialisten werden hier Unternehmen über Lotus Software informieren. Auch der Bremer IBM Premier Business Partner We4IT ist mit von der Partie und versorgt Interessierte, in zwei Vorträgen, mit Informationen. Um 11.30 Uhr referiert Geschäftsführer Stefan Sucker über die Steuerung von Prozessen mit We4IT ProcessFlow. Diesen Vortrag hören Besucher im Hauptraum 1 unter dem Titel „Work Smarter – Nutzen Sie das Wissen Ihrer Mitarbeiter zur Prozessoptimierung“.

Des Weiteren wird die We4IT GmbH um 15.15 Uhr im Hauptraum 3 einen Vortrag zum Thema Lotus Quickr 8.5 halten. Hier unterrichten die Bremer die Besucher zum Beispiel darüber, wie sie mit einer zentralen Dokumentensteuerung besser und schneller im Team arbeiten können. Ziel des Unternehmens ist es, neue Möglichkeiten und Mehrwerte aufzuzeigen und Interessierte optimal darüber zu informieren, wie sie ihre Unternehmensstruktur mit Hilfe von Lotus Software verbessern können.

Am Ende des Tages haben Besucher und Referenten die Möglichkeit, sich bei einem gemeinsamen Snack auszutauschen.
